2. RETURNS

You have fourteen days upon reception to change your mind on a purchased item and ask for a refund. Your items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging and include a return form.

1. CONTACT US

Please send us an email to let us know of your decision, including the invoice number, description of the products he wishes to return and the reason for this return.

2. WRAP

Include the item(s) in their original condition and packaging with the return form sent by email.

3. SEND

Bring your package to your local post office within seven days, and keep a proof of deposit issued by the post office. You are done!

3. REFUNDS

Once we receive the item and confirm its return, you will receive a notification email. We will then reimburse you within fourteen (14) days or exchange it with a similar item if requested.

Please note that return charges will be at your cost unless an item is damaged.

Damaged items can only be exchanged for another similar item. If you wish an item in a different size, design or colour, please make another order on the website.
