Our logistics team prepares and sends your orders on a daily basis, while making their and your safety their top priority. We have adopted strict safety measures including keeping a large distance between work desks, cleaning hands regularly, disinfecting work desk several times a day. Our teams are also working in reduced groups for all of these reasons.Considering this unprecedented situating and for the safety of our teams and of Postal services, preparation and shipping might take a little longer than usual.

The French Post (Colissimo) continues to deliver internationally, including to countries with closed borders. Some exceptions however concern:

All orders placed before 10am are prepared and sent within 48h (except weekends and on national holidays). We deliver all over the world, except to hotels, camping sites and P.O. boxes.

You have fourteen (14) days upon reception to change your mind on a purchased item and ask for a refund. Your items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging and include your order reference.
Please follow the following steps for orders from France and EU (excluding Switzerland and the UK)
1. CONTACT us via your account to let us know of your decision, including the order number, description of the products you wishes to return and the reason for this return.
2. Once we confirmed the return, we will send you a return label, which you should print and stick on the package, WRAP the item(s) in their original condition and packaging with your order number,
3. If in Europe, you may SEND your package using the return label provided and drop it off your local post office within seven days with a tracking number. Please keep a proof of deposit issued by the post office. You are done!
* Please not that only first returns are offered from France and EU and outside of sales period. Free returns are not offered during sales. We are unable to process return labels from overseas orders. If you wish to return a second item from the same order or if you are returning an item from outside of EU, you will have to pay shipping and customs fees if applicable. Please note that we can only issue a return label from the original order address.
For orders from outside the EU (including Switzerland and the UK), shipping and applicable customs fees are at your cost and can be returned at the following address:

We strongly advise that you select a shipping option with tracking number in order for us to process your return and reimbursement. We advise against using express carriers (TNT, FedEx, UPS, etc) for your returns. When applicable, please specify to your transport service that the content is a return as we will not be liable for customs fees on return items. If they apply, please note that they will be deducted from the refund.
We are unfortunately unable to make a simple exchange. If you wish an item in a different size, design or colour, please make another order on the e-shop.
You will receive a message once your return arrives in our warehouse and another letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow up to 14 days working days for our office to process your return package.
