All orders placed before 10am are prepared and sent within 48h (except weekends and on national holidays). Your orders are prepared by real humans. During sales or special operations like Zero Waste, your orders may take between 7-10 days to be prepared and shipped. Our logistics teams work hard to send orders promptly in order of arrival and thank you for your patience. We deliver all over the world, except to hotels, camping sites and P.O. boxes.

Returns

You have fourteen (14) days upon reception to change your mind on a purchased item and ask for a refund. During Christmas period, returns are allowed until 6 January included. Your items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging and include your order reference. For any product received damaged, or incomplete, please read our T&C and contact our Client Services
Please follow the following steps for orders from France and Belgium

1. CONTACT us via your account to let us know of your decision, including the order number, description of the products you wishe to return and the reason for this return. 2. Once we confirmed the return, we will send you a return label (except during sales, outlet or private sales periods when returns are not offered), which you should print and stick on the package, WRAP the item(s) in their original condition and packaging with your order number, 3. If in Europe, you may SEND your package using the return label provided and drop it off your local post office within seven days with a tracking number. Please keep a proof of deposit issued by the post office. You are done!

Please note that only first returns are offered from France and Belgium outside of sales, outlet or private sales period. Free returns are not offered during these periods. We are unable to process return labels from overseas orders. If you wish to return a second item from the same order or if you are returning an item from outside of France and Belgium, you will have to pay return shipping and customs fees if applicable. Please note that we can only issue a return label from the original order address. During our Zero Waste operation, items on sale can neither be returned nor are refundable, since they are unique pieces. They are offered as such, with the minor faults described on the product page.

*For European countries outside France and Belgium
The process is the same as the one for the France and Belgium. As soon as you have requested a return through your Canopea account we will send you a return label. You then just have to bring your parcel in your nearest local Post Office.

9 euros shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and applicable customs fees are at your cost and can be returned at the following address:

We strongly advise that you select a shipping option with tracking number in order for us to process your return and reimbursement. We advise against using express carriers (TNT, FedEx, UPS, etc) for your returns. When applicable, please specify to your transport service that the content is a return as we will not be liable for customs fees on return items. If they apply, please note that  they will be deducted from the refund. During periods of "Zero Waste" sales of samples or second hand, items bought online and not exchangable nor refundable.

Exchanges

We are unfortunately unable to make a simple exchange. If you wish an item in a different size, design or colour, please make another order on the e-shop.

Refunds

We will send you a message once your return has been received and identified by our teams. Please allow up to 14 days working days for our team to process your refund.
