Absolutely. Our lightweight, quick-drying women's UV t-shirts are perfect for swimming, surfing, or paddleboarding. Our women's UV bodysuits are also designed for water activities: their stretchy material moves with you while effectively protecting the covered areas from the sun.
To maintain the elasticity and performance of the UPF 50+ certified technical fiber of your UV swimsuit, rinse it thoroughly with clear water after each swim in the sea or a pool. We recommend gentle hand washing and air drying flat in the shade. Absolutely avoid tumble drying and high temperatures, which could damage the fabric.
No, a UV bodysuit is intended exclusively for sun protection of the covered areas during high exposure. It does not possess thermal properties and therefore cannot replace a neoprene wetsuit suitable for water sports in cold water.
