UPF50+
what does that mean?
This is a UV protection index (Ultraviolet Protection Factor). More precisely, it is the transmission of UV rays to the skin. A protection factor of 25 will only let through 1/25 or 4% of UV rays, so the lower the index, the less protection it provides. To be most effective, an anti-UV top must be UPF 50+, in order to filter 98% of UV rays.
Lab tested against chlorine, sea water and sunscreen, our UV tops are made from the highest quality technical fabrics. They offer certified UPF 50+ protection, applying the Australian standard, without chemical filters.

Made in Portugal with materials of European origin, limiting the carbon footprint linked to our activity, our anti-UV swimsuits are made from Econyl®, an ultra-resistant nylon fiber, recycled from fishing nets and other textile waste.
