Deliveries and returns
All orders placed before 10am are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays). Your orders are prepared by humans. Thus, during sales, flash sales of the Zero Waste operation, given the volume of orders, shipments can take between 7 and 10 days. Our logistics teams do their best to process orders quickly in the order of arrival and thank you for your patience. We deliver (almost) everywhere in the world, except hotels, campsites and PO boxes.

For countries outside Europe (including Switzerland), additional customs clearance fees may be applied and remain the responsibility of the customer. You will find more information in our T&Cs. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns
You have fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your items to return them to us and request a refund. During the Christmas period, returns are extended until January 7th. To do this, items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. For any product received damaged or in error, please consult our T&Cs and contact our Customer Service.
* For France and Belgium
1. Please send us a request via your "My Account" space, specifying the product(s) you wish to return and the reason.
2. Once the request has been validated, we will send you a return voucher (except during sales, flash sales, private sales, outlets or online clearance sales, during which returns are not free), to stick on your envelope. Pack the item(s) in their original bag, specifying the order number
3. Drop off your package at the post office, and keep proof of deposit and the tracking number.
* The shipping address for returns must be the same as the delivery address of the order. In case of a second return for the same order, the costs are at your expense.
We advise you to take a delivery with tracking number, otherwise we will not be able to process your return in the event of loss.
During our Zero Waste operation, sale items are neither returned nor exchanged as they are unique pieces. Items are sold in the condition they are described on the product sheet.
* For EU countries excluding France and Belgium
The approach remains the same as for France and Belgium.
Once the request is made via your account, we will send you a return label. All you have to do is drop off your package at the corresponding collection point closest to you.
A return fee of €9.00 will be deducted from your refund.
* For the rest of the world outside France and the EU
Any return and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We advise you to take a delivery with tracking number, in order to acknowledge receipt of your return and proceed with the refund.
Finally, remember to include your delivery note with the order or at least the order number, the product(s) returned and the reason for your return.
exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot make exchanges for logistical reasons. For a new size, another model or another color, please reorder on the e-shop.
Refunds
You will receive an email to notify you when your return has been received and another to confirm when the refund has been made. Allow up to 14 working days for our teams to process your return.
