The Farm, Ibiza
I want to stay at La Granja with the other half (adults only, sorry kids) I want to sleep in this white-washed hacienda-fica in the middle of the olive trees, slip under the peacock blue linen sheets after a yoga class at moonlight. I want to eat vegetables from the garden whilst drinking organic mescal and wine. I want dinner under the stars, walks in pine trees forests, gardening lessons with the hipster farmer and naps under the pergolas. I want to discover this brand new trendy but also kind of laid-back spot, a little design and very hippy Who's babysitting the kids again?
La Granja , Carretera Forada a Sant Mateu, Km. 1 / +34 615 40 65 88 / From 350€ per night (expensive but so good!)

Hostal Spa Empures, Costa Brava
Set facing the sea on a small beach of soft sand, it is a timeless place where the day stretches out in the Spanish style until 8 p.m. between swimming, card games, reading and sandcastles. In the hotel, everything is simple and beautiful, like a huge, luxurious but not snobbish family home in which you would like to live all year round. Here, we eat vegetables from the garden, and everything is done to limit the ecological footprint of the place: saving water, using local materials, etc. Breakfast in the large sun-drenched room of the Bistro del Mar is unrivaled, pan con tomate, cafe latte and homemade brioche. With the children, we stay in an ultra-design cabin planted in a shaded garden. In the evening, we walk along the path along the coast to the port to eat ice cream and watch traditional dances.

Ses Sucreses, Menorca
This year, it's decided, I'm going to Minorca. We book a room at Ses Sucreres, a guesthouse in the village of Ferreries, between Mahon, the capital, and Ciutadella. Installed in a renovated 19th century building, it hosts 6 simple rooms with thrifted furniture. In this bohemian paradise, the bathrooms, with their vintage accents, are furnished with organic products and smells like heaven. For breakfast, we enjoy cold fresh fruit juices and homemade-with-love cakes around the fountain on the patio. At daytime, we treat ourselves to a shiatsu or reiki massage, we go to the food market, we go horseback-riding or we hike along the walking trails between the untouched beaches and pine forests. At sunset, we dream on the rooftop terrace overlooking the city. At night, we read in the cozy living room by the fireside or we get lost in the little streets of the old town between the tapas-bar and bustling terraces.

Casa Dominique, Lanzarote
Located in the north of the island, in the middle of a lunar landscape, the 3 Dominican little white houses are isolated, facing the sea. Each of them are part of a 3.5 hectares property, has a bedroom and a living room with panoramic views and 2 terraces. In the natural park of Famara, far away from the big resorts, we will chill in our rural casa, dive in the swimming pool, stroll along the sandy little streets of Caleta de Famara (a 20-minute walk from the house), take a walk on the beach near the Jable's desert, approach the volcanos, wander in the cacti gardens, surf in front of the house on San Juan's famous spot and at night, we'll have a taste of the house's wine under the stars…
